Wat is OriGENE Performance?

OriGENE Performance is specifieke rug en core versterkende en optimalisatie training via een unieke en bewezen effectieve methode. De training vindt plaats op de speciaal hiervoor ontwikkelde OriGENE-trainingsmachine dat de heup en bilspieren uitschakelt en de rugfunctie geïsoleerd traint/herstelt. Door de hoog intensieve training, behalen atleten met een minimale tijdsinvestering van 15 -20 minuten in 1-2 sessies per week maximale resultaten.
Voor trainers en coaches is OriGENE Performance een zeer effectieve en makkelijk te integreren trainingsprogramma dat toepasbaar is in alle fases van periodisering. Of het nu om maximale kracht gaat, romp en core stabiliteit, of juist mobiliteit en/of coördinatie, met OriGENE Performance leg je de basis om maximaal te presteren.
